Otherwise, please telephone Joanne on 01244 470 707. For Ultra Detox bookings, PLEASE NOTE that cancellations must be made before 48 hours from the appointment or you will still be billed.

Bookings subject to our terms and conditions:

  • Your health and well-being is crucial to us, and we may ask many questions during the booking process. We trust you will appreciate this is an important process to help therapists make a professional assessment regarding the safety and suitability of your proposed treatment.
  • Treatments currently provided at Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa, Chester.
  • Payments (incl. credit and debit cards) are processed through PayPal, and a PayPal account is not required. We accept regular card payments or PayPal payments.
  • Your email confirmation contains an option to amend or cancel your booking.
    We can only accept cancellations more than 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise your payment will be lost.
  • If you do need to cancel outside of these times, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your refund.
  • We take all client feedback seriously. Should you wish to complain, please submit your comments to us by email writing here. We will investigate and respond within 28 days.
